What We Do

Our business is modelling mineral processing and hydrometallurgical flow-sheets; our mission is to work with you to design and operate a safe and profitable plant. Process modelling is the art and science of answering questions about the behaviour of a chemical and physical process by modelling it mathematically; solving the model to satisfy conservation laws; and analysing outcomes. Our principal chemical engineer has been process modelling for clients around the world since 2006. We offer steady-state modelling in METSIM® and dynamic modelling in ITHACA®.

As a process engineer in the minerals industry since 2002, Oliver has obtained experience across an array of industry facets:

  • Base and precious metal hydrometallurgical flow-sheet development and modelling
  • Design and implementation of pilot plant SCADA and metallurgical accounting systems
  • Metallurgical supervision of hydrometallurgical demonstration plant
  • Design, management and reporting of metallurgical test-work programs.

We combine real-world process experience with specialised mathematical tools to facilitate robust process design.
